Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's degree or equivalent. 3 years related experience.
Job Summary:
To perform a wide variety of professional duties in the management of all medical and House Staff programs.
Job Duties:
- Coordinates the appointment and processing of employee records for all new fellowsincluding verification of credentials.
- Maintains current employee records for all fellows.
- Coordinates new appointments for House staff, assuring all licensing requirements arecurrent and in compliance.
- Acts as liaison with state board, agencies and institutional departments.
- Participates in budget formulation and controls disbursement.•Supervises the completion of surveys and has direct involvement in special projects foradministration.
- Adheres to internal controls established for department.
- Provides support for and meets regularly with the program manager and program directorto attain program goals and objectives and improve the effectiveness of medicaleducation
- Ability to operate independently as a results-oriented, decision maker capable ofmaintaining professional relationships with all levels of institutional personnel.Possess excellent verbal, written, organizational and interpersonal skills to ensure theprofessional achievement of Institutional and
- Departmental strategic planning anddevelopment.
- Planning, organization, and promotion of residency related events, including annualgraduation, retreats, and workshops.
- Works directly with the GME Office, program director, and fellows to meet ACGMErequirements necessary to maintain continued accreditation.
- Performs related duties as required.
Salary Range:
Commensurate with experience.
