Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field; 3 years related experience.

Job Duties:
The Administrative Coordinator for the Global Health Coordinating Center is designed to support the Director in the seamless execution of departmental functions. This position demands a high level of attention to detail, superb organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across clinical, research, and academic departments. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the administration of educational agreements and facilitate effective communication and coordination among various stakeholders.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing materials.
- Draft, review, and manage foreign educational agreements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
- Serve as a liaison between the Global Health department and clinical, research, and academic programs, fostering effective collaboration and communication.
- Organize and coordinate departmental events, seminars, and workshops.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of departmental activities, agreements, and communications.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures.
- Maintain and update databases.
Salary Range:
Commensurate with experience.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, and as needed on occasion.
