Administrative Coordinator - Educational Affairs (Onsite)
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field; 3 years related experience.
Job Summary:
To provide professional guidance, supervision, and coordination in the administrative duties of a department.
Job Duties:
- Plans, organizes, and coordinates administrative duties as related to the Office of Educational Affairs (OEA) as assigned by the Administrative Manager.
- Supports Associate Dean for Educational Affairs in matters related to curricular delivery and oversight.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Organize and schedule appointments for two Assistant Deans.
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Participates in personnel management functions such as recruitment, interviewing, and hiring for OEA.
- Interprets rules, regulations, and policies and executes as applicable.
- Assists administrator in establishing and attaining goals and objectives.
- Conducts special projects and reports.
- Adheres to internal controls established for department.
- Performs related duties as required.
Salary Range:
Commensurate with experience.
