Software Systems Specialist III (.NET, C#, Full Stack Development) - Houston/Galveston Area
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field and three years of related experience.
- Four years or more of professional experience with .NET, C#, Full Stack development, web technologies, and relational database development. Applicants should have experience with debugging software issues, problem-solving, and critical thinking. Strong Proficiency with ASP.NET, C#, .NET, and web services (REST, SOAP).
- Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Proficiency in working with SQL Server or other relational databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
- Knowledge of software architectures and containerization (e.g. docker, kubernetes).

Analyzes existing and projected operating and application system procedures including studies of the interaction of several software systems to ascertain feasibility and performance.
- Coordinates implementation of software systems, and evaluates and modifies existing components of the computer operating and application systems.
- Participates in studies of projected enhancements in hardware and software and in the development of recommendations to management based upon the results of such studies.
- Advise software system specialists of the lower grade with respect to the determination of possible solutions to work problems.
- Plans, coordinates, and supervises other programmers and software system specialists of lower grade.
- Makes work assignments and reviews completed work.
- Adheres to internal controls established for the department.
- Performs related duties as required.
