MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Completed the approved Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society (UHMS, National Board of Diving and Hyperbaric Medical Technology (NBDHMT), Department of Defense or American College of hyperbaric medicine introductory course pre/post hire
  • Maintains current certification as a certified hyperbaric technician (CHT) or certified hyperbaric specialist (CHS). Interim status may be appropriate until CHT or CHS certification is obtained
  • Maintains current basic life support (BLS) certification, Infection Control, clinic and safety competencies as required by the institution
  • Completes initially and annually skill check lists as required by the facility

 

SALARY RANGE: The salary range for this position is $20.62/hr - $30.92/hr commensurate with experience
