HCSS Sr. Business Coordinator (Office of the President)
REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 2 years of office related experience.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: C-Suite experience, and PeopleSoft FMS (PO's, Vouchers, Travel), Kronos timekeeping, and familiarity and understanding of UTMB policies and procedures.
EQUIPMENT:
Basic office equipment.
Hours are Monday-Friday (8am-5pm), Galveston location.
