Administrative Manager (QGenda Provider Scheduling) - Faculty Group Practice
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and three years of related experience.
Job Summary:
To manage the business and other clerical activities for a department.
Job Duties:
To manage the Faculty Group Practice activities around QGenda and other practice-related activities
- Manages the overall business activities and related Faculty Group Practice activities
- Develops, integrates, and monitors systems for use at the division/departmental level.
- Assists the Department Head/Chair in goal setting and strategic planning.
- Provides support to the QGenda Steering Committee and drives recommendations and requests into implementation.
- Maintains and updates UTMB QGenda Scheduling and On-call standards.
- Manages new integrations, helps optimize QGenda workflows and entries.
- Serves as a liaison between clinical departments, Faculty Group Practice, Access Center, IT, and QGenda.
- Coordinates special projects and provides liaison work with other departments and agencies.
- Identifies appropriate internal controls for the department; provides mechanisms to monitor and enforce compliance.
- Performs related duties as required.

Partial remote to be determined by the department. 8 am to 5 pm and on occasion as needed.
