EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or, Associate degree in a related field plus two (2) years of relevant professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Recent experience in Human Resources.
Experience using Taleo Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Experience working with Human Capital Management (HCM) systems.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT/EQUIPMENT
Standard office environment, and standard office equipment.
*This position is a contract role through Healthcare Systems Staffing (HCSS), UTMB's in-house staffing agency. Contract positions do not include UTMB/TRS employee benefits, however, a 401(k) retirement plan is available via employment through HCSS.
