REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
Graduate of an accredited radiography program, ARRTR OR CNMT (Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist) from ARRT OR NMTCB and Certified as a Medical Radiologic Technologist by the Texas Board of Medicine
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a CT Tech within the last 2 years
Must have current BLS certification obtained through American Heart Association
EQUIPMENT:
Standard patient care supplies, CT and other equipment and mechanical devices.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Standard hospital environment.
May require some heavy lifting and moving, positioning of patients and equipment, pushing, or pulling more than fifty pounds.
