Executive Director, Internal Investigations
Minimum Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate degree
- Five years of relevant experience conducting equal employment opportunity investigations and/or compliance investigations, in a higher education or health care setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least seven years of experience interpreting federal and state equal employment opportunity laws, affirmative action, and/or Title IX regulations;
- Subject matter expertise in one or more areas of employment or higher education compliance;
- Experience conducting investigations at an academic medical center; and
- At least eight years of supervisory/managerial experience.
