Director, Human Resources Benefits & Employee Services (Partially remote)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business/Healthcare Administration, Math or Statistics.
- 10 years of progressive, professional Human Resources experience.
- 5 years of Human Resources service center and/or benefits management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business/Healthcare Administration, Math or Statistics.
- 15 years of progressive, professional Human Resources experience.
- 7 years of direct Human Resources service center and/or benefits management experience.
- Professional HR certification (i.e. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CCP or CBP)
This position is currently a hybrid role with three days on site and 2 days remote.
