Director, Human Resource Consulting Operations
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Seven (7) years of progressive HR experience with specialties in HR senior leadership, talent advisory, people operations and HR systems with a large healthcare and/or academic institution.
- Five (5) years of supervisory experience.
- Professional in Human Resources Certification required (HRCI/SHRM).
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10 years of progressive HR experience with specialties in HR senior leadership, talent advisory, people operations and HR systems with a large healthcare and/or academic institution.
- Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification required (HRCI/SHRM).
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Expert knowledge and understanding of human resource best practices and employment laws and regulations.
