Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in a related area.
- 6 years of directly related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Financial operations and personnel management experience.
- Experience working with faculty in the neurobiology field is strongly desired.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalism
- Competence in dealing with a variety of individuals including physicians, researchers, and university leadership
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem resolution
- Ability to plan, organize, set and accomplish goals
- Supervisory and management skills to effectively direct support staff
- Facilitation, coaching, mentoring, feedback skills
- Excellent decision-making skills
