Job Duties:
- Respond to requests and problems including installing, monitoring, diagnosing, repairing,
- Interact with application software and operating systems to diagnose and resolve unique, nonrecurring problems.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of desktop, laptops, MACs,
- Troubleshoot trouble tickets to resolve basic technical problems with desktop computing
- Troubleshoot basic printer trouble calls.
- Provide customer assistance using directory services and remote access tools.
- Assist with hardware troubleshooting on desktop computers, laptops, MACs and thin computers.
- Adheres to internal controls and reporting structure.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Experience Supporting Windows 10 OS, Office 365, OneDrive, Mac OS, PC and Laptop Hardware in an enterprise environment.
Salary Range:
Actual salary commensurate with experience.
Work Schedule:
On-site, Wed 1am-7:30am, Thurs -Sat 7pm-7:30am, and as needed on occasion.
