Coordinator II Residency Training Program, Anesthesiology
Min Qualifications: Associate's degree or equivalent. 3 years related experience.
Specific Job Related Duties
- Manages the appointment and processing of employee records for all new residents including verification of credentials.
- Maintains current employee records for all residents.
- Credentials residents and fellows for off-campus rotations (Shrine and Methodist).
- Coordinates annual residency and fellowship recruitment.
- Coordinates and maintains employee records.
- Coordinates new appointments for House staff, assuring all licensing requirements are current and in compliance.
- Coordinates the daily evaluations.
- Processes reimbursements for residents and fellows.
- Creates the monthly house staff schedules.
- Provides faculty support for the Anesthesiology Pain Faculty.
- Creates the pain monthly faculty schedules.
- Creates the pain didactic and resource allocation monthly schedules.
- Uploads pain didactics into Teams meeting invites.
- Monitors resident and fellow duty hours.
- Acts as liaison with state board, agencies and institutional departments.
- Participates in budget formulation and controls disbursement.
- Supervises the completion of surveys and has direct involvement in special projects for administration.
- Student club coordinator.
- Adheres to internal controls established for department.
- Performs related duties as required.
