Min Qualifications:  Associate's degree or equivalent. 3 years related experience.

Specific Job Related Duties

  • Manages the appointment and processing of employee records for all new residents including verification of credentials.
  • Maintains current employee records for all residents.
  • Credentials residents and fellows for off-campus rotations (Shrine and Methodist). 
  • Coordinates annual residency and fellowship recruitment. 
  • Coordinates and maintains employee records.
  • Coordinates new appointments for House staff, assuring all licensing requirements are current and in compliance.
  • Coordinates the daily evaluations. 
  • Processes reimbursements for residents and fellows. 
  • Creates the monthly house staff schedules. 
  • Provides faculty support for the Anesthesiology Pain Faculty. 
  • Creates the pain monthly faculty schedules. 
  • Creates the pain didactic and resource allocation monthly schedules. 
  • Uploads pain didactics into Teams meeting invites. 
  • Monitors resident and fellow duty hours. 
  • Acts as liaison with state board, agencies and institutional departments.
  • Participates in budget formulation and controls disbursement.
  • Supervises the completion of surveys and has direct involvement in special projects for administration.
  • Student club coordinator. 
  • Adheres to internal controls established for department.
  • Performs related duties as required.
