Coordinator II, Educational Affairs (Onsite)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent; 3 years related experience.
Job Description:
To manage activities for a project or program.
Job Duties:
- Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of a program directly related to management or general business operation.
- Ensure the goals and objectives specified are accomplished in accordance with prescribed priorities, deadlines, and funding conditions.
- Assess program status and implement appropriate actions.
- Provides technical advice to assist in solving problems.
- Serves as a resource and subject matter expert.
- Adheres to internal controls and reporting structure.
- Coordinate daily operations of medical education programs and curriculum activities
- Schedule courses, sessions, exams, meetings, and educational events
- Serve as liaison among students, faculty, course/clerkship directors, and administration
- Maintain records, databases, evaluations, and program documentation
- Prepare communications, reports, and committee materials
- Provide logistical support for courses, orientations, and special programs
- Assist with accreditation, compliance, and quality improvement activities
- Support student inquiries and program processes
- Performs related duties as required
EQUIPMENT:
Standard office equipment.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT/LOCATION OF POSITION:
Standard hospital, clinical, and/or office environment
Salary Range: Actual salary commensurate with experience or range if discussed and approved by hiring authority up to $57,800.
