Administrative Specialist - Provost Service Center
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and two years of related experience.
Preferred Work Experience:
PeopleSoft FMS
Experience with purchasing, invoicing, or vendor communications.
Exceptional organization and time management skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Job Summary:
To provide professional and administrative coordination of human resource and financial management activities.
Specific Job-Related Duties:
Responsible for providing timely status updates.
Serve as liaison to staff in other entity processing units and other support areas.
Interacts with customers toward effective problem resolution and assists with questions regarding policies, procedures, and operations of the entity.
Identifies operational problems and implements changes to provide solutions.
Adheres to internal controls established for the department.
Salary Range:
Commensurate with experience
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and as needed on occasion.
