Administrative Coordinator, Psychiatry/Behavioral Science
Job Description:
To provide professional guidance, supervision, and coordination in the administrative duties of the Texas Child Mental Health Care Consortium projects for the Department of Psychiatry.
Specific Job Related Duties:
- Plans, organizes, and coordinates administrative duties of projects under direction of Project Manager.
- Assists with personnel functions such as recruitment, interviewing, and hiring for a department.
- Assists with project budget planning and development.
- Coordinates procurement of equipment and supplies and manages all phases of acquisition cycle for project
- Interprets rules, regulations, and policies and executes as applicable.
- Assists Project Manager in establishing and attaining goals and objectives of Projects.
- Participates in team meetings, trainings, and conferences as directed
- Provides administrative support to assigned faculty.
- Adheres to internal controls established for department.
- Performs related duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent and three years experience.
Preferred Education:
Experience working in Behavioral Health
Salary Range:
Commensurate with experience.
