Minimum Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree required.
- Funded researcher with proven track record and sustainable third-party funding.
- Proven track record of leading successful clinical transformation initiatives in a healthcare setting and running research programs.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical leadership roles, with a focus on process improvement, transformation, and innovation.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and quality improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyze complex clinical data, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions.
- Change management expertise and experience in fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
