Training Specialist II, Institutional Office Regulated Nonclinical Studies
Min Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field; 1 year related experience.
Specific Job Related Duties
- Plans, organizes, implements, and evaluates continuing educational programs, skills training and management development programs for the target audience.
- Collects and organizes documentation required for course continuing physician and nursing education certification.
- Assists project manager and education collaborative partners in determining training needs and makes recommendations concerning these needs.
- Maintains records and reports on course attendance and completion of training activities.
- Coordinates use of community educational resources.
- Assists project manager and educational partners in providing specialized educational programs and communicating with course participants.
- Supervises class activities and mitigates challenges that may arise.
- Adheres to internal controls established for department.
- Performs related duties as required.
Preferred Work Experience
- Knowledge of continuing education certification requirements
- Proficiency with web-based platforms for delivering distance education
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Event and program planning for diverse audiences

This position will require some out-of-state travel
