REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Three (3) years of related work experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Project management experience.
- Expert level experience using PeopleSoft HCM, Taleo Recruit, KRONOS Workforce Central, or other HR related platforms, to include systems testing and troubleshooting.
- Extensive experience developing and delivering end-user training and SOP documentation.
- Experience in developing, testing and maintaining complex process workflows.
- Experience is working with large and diverse groups remotely using Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or other video conferencing platforms.
- Experience supporting a dynamic workforce dispersed across a large region or geographical area.
Salary is commensurate with years of relevant work experience.
