Senior Materials Handling Technician - ITS-Operations
Minimum Qualifications:
High school or equivalent
Job Summary:
Supports all aspects of the UTMB Supply Chain Management Logistics Division. Performs more complex clerical and manual tasks and occasionally take a tactical lead role in the verification, storage, issuance, and delivery of materials and supplies (medical/surgical & non-medical/surgical).
Job Duties:
Processes all incoming and outgoing computer supplies and equipment, and monitors the quality assurance
Performs the clerical and manual tasks involved in the receipt, verification, storage, safekeeping, issuance, and delivery of computer equipment, materials, and supplies in accordance with established policies and procedures.
As needed, maintains vehicle usage log, inspects condition of tires, checks oil, tops off the fuel once per week, maintains vehicle cleanliness inside and out, and reports any needed maintenance.
Able to effectively communicate (oral and written) with the staff, management, and customers.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. floor to knuckle and 35 lbs. knuckle to shoulder.

Salary Range:
Actual salary commensurate with experience.
Work Schedule:
On-site, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and as needed on occasion.
