Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related subject and five years’ experience in HRIS or a similar role. An equivalent combination of education and experience relevant to the role may be considered for this position.

Job Summary: 

The Senior ERP Systems Analyst evaluates how well the company's ERP system supports short and long term corporate objectives while suggesting methods for improvement and increasing efficiency. The analyst is responsible for researching, designing, implementing, and maintaining ERP systems, as well as training employees on changes in systems and related change impacts. This position is responsible for providing advanced analysis and documentation, formulating logical statements of business and management problems, and providing solutions to problems utilizing more efficient operational procedure, workflow, and information technology solutions for institutional activities

 

Job Duties:

The Senior ERP Systems Analyst evaluates how well the company's ERP system supports HCM and Kronos Timekeeping system with an emphasis on interfaces inbound/ outbound between the two. The analyst is responsible for researching, designing, implementing, and maintaining this connection, as well as training employees on changes in systems and related change impacts. This position is responsible for providing advanced analysis and documentation, changing the custom PeopleCode,

 

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • 20 years of PeopleSoft and Kronos knowledge
  • SQL, PeopleCode, Component Interfaces, PeopleSoft jobs and processes.

 

Salary Range:

Actual salary commensurate with experience.

 

Work Schedule:

Partial Remote, onsite as needed. 19.99 hours or less per week, no set schedule.
