Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, three years of related experience. Must possess sufficient educational background and/or experience to conduct clinical applications analysis and/or programming of intermediate to complex systems, analysis of clinical workflows, and system adoption strategies. An equivalent combination of education and experience relevant to the role may be considered for this position.

 

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, optimization, maintenance, and support of intermediate to highly complex clinical systems in compliance with all applicable regulations and organizational policies. Clinical applications include any software application used in support of the clinical enterprise, including patient registration, patient billing, clinical documentation utilized in the ambulatory and inpatient settings, as well as applications for specific medical specialties such as, but not limited to, Radiology, Pathology, Oncology, Transplant, and Cardiology. Other responsibilities include providing intermediate analysis and documentation, formulating logical statements of business and management problems to develop requirements for configuration of clinical applications, and providing solutions to intermediate to complex problems utilizing more efficient operational procedures, workflows, and information technology solutions. This role also requires an understanding of the assigned system applications, functions, and features end-users would experience.

 

Job Duties:

The Senior EHR Clinical Analyst – Bridges and Cloverleaf Integration is responsible for the design, implementation, and support of Interface Integrations with the Electronic Health Record (EHR). This role partners with clinical, technical, and vendor teams to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient data exchange that supports patient care and operational workflows.

The EHR Integration Analyst is responsible for the design, development, implementation, and ongoing support of system integrations that enable seamless data exchange between Epic and other clinical and administrative applications across the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities Include:

 

  • Design, develop, and maintain interfaces using Epic Bridges to support integration between Epic and internal or third-party systems.

  • Utilize the Cloverleaf integration engine to manage, monitor, and support HL7 interfaces, ensuring data integrity, reliability, and consistent message delivery.

  • Partner with clinical, operational, and technical teams to gather integration requirements, evaluate system impacts, and deliver solutions aligned with project objectives and organizational priorities.

  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve interface issues in a timely manner to minimize operational disruption and maintain system performance.

  • Perform interface testing, validation, and quality assurance activities to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including interface specifications, workflows, design diagrams, and operational procedures.

  • Maintain awareness of evolving interoperability standards and industry best practices, including HL7 and FHIR, and apply them to ongoing integration efforts.

 

Salary Range:

Actual salary commensurate with experience.

 

Work Schedule:

Partial Remote, onsite as needed. Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and as needed on occasion.
