Senior Business Manager - Accountable Care Operations
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance or Health Care Administration, minimum 7 years of experience in technical planning and project management.
SPECIFIC JOB RELATED DUTIES:
• Liaison with contracted payors regarding quality and cost of care deliverables
• Support Contracting area as needed for payor agreements
• Develop, validate and present as needed on progress to targets
• Coordinate with internal Epic team(s) to ensure that enhancements to functionality are properly identified, tested and implemented
• Generate productivity and status reports as needed
• Support organizational Population Health initiatives regarding improving outcomes, patient outreach, preventive services and care coordination
• Support as needed for care management and social work efforts (inpatient and ambulatory)
• Support as needed for external UTMB partners
• Support expansion of Annual Wellness program for Medicare patients
• Coordinate day to day operations of Health Maintenance and Annual Wellness Visit teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of four years of Managed Care experience
• Epic Caboodle trained
• Lean experience
• Project Management certification

Commensurate with experience
