Real Estate Program Specialist - Portfolio Management (Local Remote)
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree. An equivalent combination of education and experience relevant to the role may be considered for this position.
- Four years of related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Archibus, ARGUS, CoStar, Google Earth, Yardi, AutoCAD

- Real Estate Salesperson or Broker Licenses, CCIM designation.
Job Summary:
Provides professional, technical, reporting, and administrative skills in acquisition, disposition, leasing, and property management for the UTMB real estate portfolio. Delivers exceptional customer service to internal and external clients/stakeholders. Will be responsible for reporting and maintaining land and lease records, coordinating payments to landlords and vendors, and other real estate functions as assigned.
Job Duties:
- Analyzes, negotiates, and advises activities related to leases of space as lessor and/or lessee.
- Maintains, with the Program Director, current inventory of leased space.
- Prepares and/or reviews financial statements, budgets/reports to include but not limited to operating expense reconciliation (CAM Rec), rent roll analysis, monthly financial reports.
- Coordinates and oversees with Design and Construction staff on tenant improvements to ensure budget and schedules are met throughout the construction and activation process.
- Coordinates due diligence efforts (valuation, title investigations, survey documents, and environmental reports) in connection with real estate acquisitions.
- Assists with the closing requirements of complex sale, purchase, and lease transactions.
- Provides property management assistance as directed by the Program Director.
- Performs real estate financial and valuation analysis.
- Ensures compliance/monitoring with contractual terms and requirements.
- Manages professional contracts as required.

Salary Range:
Actual salary commensurate with experience.
Work Schedule:
Partial Remote (Local), onsite as needed.
