Program Mgr, Nursing Quality & Informatics CMC - Conroe
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Graduation from an approved school of nursing.
- Must possess and maintain a valid, current license approved by the Texas State Board of Nurse Examiners.
- Master’s degree in nursing or related field with 3 years of management experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality improvement, informatics, or healthcare analytics.
- Five to seven years working in a correctional healthcare environment.
- Experience working with the PEARL correctional electronic health record.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Experience in leading interdisciplinary teams and managing projects to achieve quality improvement goals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and implement evidence-based solutions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
