Program Director, Real Estate Operations
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or closely related field.
- Seven years of experience in real estate or closely related business required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Business, Architecture, Engineering or Healthcare Administration
- Membership in National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, Galveston Association of Realtors, MLS
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
- Team player who will collaborate with a variety of stakeholders and user groups to determine best path for UTMB
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Proven ability to present complex concepts and projects to all levels of management, both in printed format and verbally.
- Experience managing and motivating a staff of administrative, professional, technical and consultants.
- Familiarity with building codes, building regulations, Joint Commission, TDLR and NFPA.
- Customer Service oriented
- Results/outcome oriented
- Strong business acumen
- Strong project management skills
- Able to deal with ambiguity
- Highly organized
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and data base is important. PowerPoint, Archibus, and AutoCAD are desirable but not mandatory.
