Program Director, Community Outcomes & Evaluation - Institute for Translational Sciences

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in public health, social service-related field, sociology, psychology, evaluation, public policy or other related field.
• At least four years’ experience managing large scale, complex, evaluations and projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in public health, social service-related field, sociology, psychology, evaluation, public policy or other related field.
• Direct experience working with underserved communities and at-risk populations.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Strategic thinker with expertise in translating scientific findings as the basis for education and outreach and intervention programs.
• Proven project manager/director with strong foundation in constituent engagement, environmental health, and advocacy relating to communities and schools.
• Experience bridging gaps and building relationships among groups/stakeholders.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in grant writing, preparation, and management.
