Program Director, Community Outcomes & Evaluation - Institute for Translational Sciences
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in public health, social service-related field, sociology, psychology, evaluation, public policy or other related field.
- At least four years’ experience managing large scale, complex, evaluations and projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in public health, social service-related field, sociology, psychology, evaluation, public policy or other related field.
- Direct experience working with underserved communities and at-risk populations.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Strategic thinker with expertise in translating scientific findings as the basis for education and outreach and intervention programs.
- Proven project manager/director with strong foundation in constituent engagement, environmental health, and advocacy relating to communities and schools.
- Experience bridging gaps and building relationships among groups/stakeholders.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in grant writing, preparation, and management.
