Pediatric Speech Pathologist I - Audiology and Speech Pathology (CCC-SLP)
Min Qualifications:
Master's degree in related field, Certification or eligible for Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association, and Licensure or eligible for Speech Pathology License from the Texas State Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology
Specific Job Related Duties:
The UTMB Center for Audiology and Speech Pathology provides a variety of outpatient services for hearing, communication, balance and swallowing. Speech-language pathology outpatient pediatric services include:
• Speech-language and cognitive-linguistic assessments and treatment
• Modified Barium Swallow studies (MBS)
• Pediatric Fiber-endoscopic Evaluations of Swallowing (FEES)
• Pediatric feeding assessment and treatment
• Interdisciplinary Chronic Care Clinic team evaluations
Salary Range:
Commensurate with experience
