Min Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with three years experience in medical/health professions education.

Specific Job Related Duties:

  • Advises and collaborates with the Assistant and Associate Deans and faculty on educational projects, placing special emphasis on innovative instructional modalities.
  • Work as a liaison across four departments performing compliance analysis and planning activities while exercising independent judgment and analysis.
  • Develops, researches and writes content for medical workshops for Coordinators
  • Researches software packages and determines which fits the needs of the Provost Office
  • Creates, maintains and queries curriculum map for the School of Medicine
  • Identify process system holes and redundancy within the curriculum mapping process.
  • Participates in research relevant to medical education.
  • Creates quarterly Educational Affairs newsletter
  • Adheres to internal controls and reporting structure.
  • Performs related duties as required.

Salary Range:

Commensurate with experience

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.  Must have effective presentation skills.
  • Effective problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with a variety of professionals.
  • Ability to plan, organize, set and accomplish goals.
  • Ability to analyze/evaluate data and make appropriate recommendations.
  • Ability to organize and present data in a concise manner.
  • Strong writing skills

Preferred Education:

  • Masters degree preferred but not required.
