Management Analyst I, Faculty Group Practice
Min Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field. Accounting or Finance degree preferred with MIS skills/knowledge. Project management and communication skills a plus.
Specific Job Related Duties:
- Assists in qualitative and quantitative analysis of departmental functions and procedures.
- Analyzes business processes by consulting with departmental personnel to document current work processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Analyzes and prepares various financial reports for both internal use and as required for external agencies.
- Examines historical and projected financial data to provide senior management with valuable data to make relevant financial decisions.
- Assists with special projects as assigned by leadership.
- Document processes to help refine processes, projects and procedures
- Generate proactive actionable analytic driven insights instead of spreadsheets of data; present data that highlights opportunities, anomalies, or trends over time
- Performs related duties as required.
Salary Range:
$42,080 to $52,600
Preferred Skill/Competency:
- Work on multiple projects at a time, both independently and on a team basis, and be able to constantly reevaluate priorities and deadlines
- Familiarity with clinical operations, Clinical Quality Measures (NCQA, HEDIS, CMS), and Promoting Interoperability (Formerly MU), MIPS/MACRA
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
