Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field. Accounting or Finance degree preferred with MIS skills/knowledge. Project management and communication skills a plus.
Specific Job Related Duties
- Update and maintain internal databases related to faculty effort, specialty/benchmark, and administrative roles.
- Provide support to senior analysts and management related to faculty compensation.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly reporting of clinical and research productivity.
- Analyzes and prepares various financial reports for both internal use and as required for external agencies.
- Examines historical and projected financial data to provide senior management with valuable data to make relevant financial decisions.
- Assists with special projects as assigned by leadership.
- Adheres to internal controls established for department.
- Performs related duties as required.
Salary Range: Commensurate with experience
