Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s degree and five (5) years of management experience (at the manager or above level).
- Licensed Occupational Therapist or Licensed Physical Therapist.
Preferred Qualifications:
- DPT or DOT and a minimum of seven (7) years of management experience (manager or above) within a large medical facility.
