HCSS Information Systems Operations Analyst
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
• Must possess excellent written and oral communications skills
• Must possess excellent customer service skills • Must possess fundamental understanding of complex IT systems and architecture
Minimum Qualifications:
• Associate degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university in a related field or High School diploma with two years of technical experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university in a related field
LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS OR CERTIFICATIONS Preferred:
• CompTIA A+
• CompTIA Network+
• CompTIA Security+
• CompTIA IT Operations Specialist
WORKING ENVIRONMENT/EQUIPMENT:
Standard office environment.
