Associates degree or equivalent in related field. Desktop support experience on PC’s with Windows operating systems. Experienced with Wyse Terminals and Citrix Technology preferred. Macintosh experience. Microsoft certifications –ex- MCP, MCSE, A+, etc.
Work Schedule: Typically Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, although some weekends and after hours may be required
