Required Education/Experience:
Associates degree or equivalent in related field. Desktop support experience on PC’s with Windows operating systems. Experienced with Wyse Terminals and Citrix Technology preferred. Macintosh experience. Microsoft certifications –ex- MCP, MCSE, A+, etc.
Work schedule includes the following end of week, plus weekend shifts: Wednesday 1pm-7:30pm, Thurs-Sat 7am-7:30pm
