Federal Work Study Student, Respiratory Therapy
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree, UTMB Student enrolled at least half time (preferability from the School of Medicine or School of Health Sciences).
Job Duties:
Research assistant for the CRAVE Lab within the department of Respiratory Therapy. Helping with data collection, analysis and
Assisting with clinical and animal research activities of the laboratory.
Testing of new medical devices in subjects or animals.
Assisting with project coordination related to education, compliance, and execution of research activities.
Printing medical devices on our 3D printer. Cleaning and curing devices.
Stocking and developing ordering list.
Writing up research activities, advertising, and creating brochures and text for program activities.
Working with research customers to convey requirements and gain further understanding of collaboration efforts.
Salary Range:
Commensurate with experience.
