Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, UTMB Student enrolled at least half time.
Job Summary:
FWS student position for the PTRS Department to support PT student clinics.
Job Duties:
- General office duties to include, patient check-in/check-out and scheduling, screen new patients to determine if they meet criteria, schedule/reschedule appointments.
- Train student volunteers in on-site clinic tasks as appropriate.
- Utilize referral process/triage via EPIC and MyUTMB, prepare patient schedule updates for weekly continuity care meetings, and update visit counts, and prepare clinic reports via EPIC.
- Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Salary Range:
$18.45
