Federal Work Study Student - Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Sciences
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma, UTMB Student at least half time.
Job Summary:
This position will be an on-campus position or via UTMB satellite clinics.
Job Duties:
- General office duties to include, patient check-in/check-out and scheduling, screen new patients to determine if they meet criteria, schedule/ reschedule appointments.
- Assist students by training volunteer student admins in onsite clinic tasks as appropriate.
- Other duties include, utilize new referral process/triage via EPIC and MyUTMB, prepare patient schedule updates for weekly continuity care meetings, track, and update visit counts in EPIC, prepare clinic reports via EPIC.
- Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
Salary Range:
Commensurate with experience.
