JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position will be an on-campus position or via UTMB satellite clinics.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma, UTMB Student at least half time.
SPECIFIC JOB RELATED DUTIES:
- Position requirements will vary by location and may include the following.
- Word processing, Graphic design, clerical duties, PowerPoint and Tegrity demonstration and media specialist database maintenance, scanning of slides, proofreading recruiting materials, entering articles into a literature database, retrieving articles from the library, organizing
- Aspects of literature into summary, build digital archives and charts.
- manage and maintain game room, computer area, common area in Student Center, video games and consoles, open/unlock classrooms , deliver and setup audio and visual equipment, assist service, AV.
