Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or GED or equivalent years of education, experience and/or training.
  • No experience required.

Job Summary:

Manage all incoming physical and electronic mail by sorting, scanning, and indexing and preparing outgoing mail from the department.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Sort incoming mail received from mailroom and electronic mail.
  • Scan the paper mail received from the mailroom into OnBase.
  • Distribute any incoming paper mail to the RCO departments.
  • Once paper mail is scanned into OnBase it will need to be Indexed to the appropriate individuals, doc types, and/or RCO departments.
  • Index correspondence files received from the Lockbox (Bank Files) on OnBase to the appropriate individuals, doc types, and/or RCO departments.
  • Work Bad Address return mail in Epic.
  • Mail out the Customer Service Itemized Statements.
  • Assist individuals and/or departments with any OnBase and/or correspondence issues.
  • Assists in the development of departmental policies and procedures.
  • Assists in training and mentoring new employees.
  • Participates in team meetings/activities and supports the philosophy and goals of the team and department.
  • Reads all announcements and relevant communications relating to job duties.
  • Successfully completes competency-based training and testing.

Marginal or Periodic Functions:

  • Adheres to internal controls and reporting structure.
  • Performs related duties as required.

Working Environment/Equipment:

  • Standard hospital, clinical, laboratory and/or office environments.
  • Standard office equipment.

Actual salary commensurate with experience
