Minimum Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or MD (or equivalent) degree required. An MSN, MBA, MHA or equivalent degree.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a healthcare facility with 3 years in Quality and Patient Safety.
- RN (Registered Nurse) license, or MD (or equivalent) license.
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) certification, or any quality or patient safety certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- RN (Registered Nurse) or MD (or equivalent) preferred with Master’s degree in relevant discipline and 6 years clinical experience including quality or performance improvement experience.
- 3-5 years leadership experience with a progressive history of increasing responsibility related to management of staff, budgets, and quality management activities.
- Certification in quality leadership preferred.
