Director, Experiential Learning & Assessment - JSSOM Educational Affairs
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or more than 5 years of post-graduate professional experience
- Post-graduate experience in higher education
- Demonstrated successful experience in the creation, development, or implementation of experiential learning at the collegiate level
- Demonstrated successful experience building and maintaining relationships
- Two years of supervisory experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Post-graduate experience working with students at the graduate level
- Demonstrated successful clear, concise, and articulate verbal communication skills
- Evidence of effective active listening skills
- Demonstrated successful presentation experience
- Demonstrated successful experience working with persons from diverse backgrounds
- Demonstrated successful experience motivating or collaborating with internal and external constituencies
- Demonstrated successful experience working with faculty
