Director, Academic Support and Career Counseling - John Sealy School of Medicine
Minimum Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree in Education, Educational Psychology, Medicine or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in academic and/or career counseling.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a medical school of health science setting
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Expertise in student academic performance assessment and career choice decision in the health professions
- Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders
- Excellent skills in organization and prioritization
- Ability to identify and balance a range of student needs and priorities
- Ability to provide management of other professional employees
