Coordinator II, SOM Assoc Dean-Student Affairs
Min Qualifications:
Associate's degree or equivalent; 3 years related experience.
Specific Job Related Duties
- Provide support for the Admissions and Recruitment area within the Office of Student Affairs & Admissions by providing frontline administrative tasks as needed, including but not limited to prospective student scheduling, calendar support, electronic filing, ordering and maintaining office supplies, etc.
- Supports the planning and implementation of all Admissions and Recruitment Programming (i.e., JAMP Summer Internship, White Coat Ceremony, Orientation, Interview Day, Campus Preview Days)
- Assist with developing and executing SOM MD Orientation Program
- Serve as an essential member of the SOM MD White Coat Ceremony planning team
- Process office travel, reimbursements, and financial expenditures in collaboration with SOM Administrators and Academic Enterprise Service Center (AESC)
- Collaborate with the Director and JAMP Coordinator to provide support for JAMP Summer Internship Program
- Provide customer service and basic information about the SOM MD Program to all visitors and callers
- Receive incoming calls, answer routine inquiries, and route calls to others as appropriate
- Utilize Zap Solutions AMP Software daily to assist with fielding prospect and applicant inquiries
- Provide backup frontline administrative support to other areas within the Office of Student Affairs & Admissions as needed (i.e., Student Affairs, Academic Support & Career Counseling)

Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling via Outlook.
