Associate's degree or equivalent; 3 years related experience.
Job Description:
To manage activities for a project or program.
Job Duties:
Facilitation of YAM in Schools (Primary Function):
- Implements YAM Delivery in direct collaboration with school district partners and YAM Helpers (assistants) for delivery of programming.
- Ensures adequate delivery of YAM in local classrooms at middle and high schools in UTMB region.
- Assists Project Lead with direct training and supervision of YAM Helpers and Trainees.
- Delegates and supports training tasks for YAM Helpers.
- Co-facilitates student learning with YAM Helpers & Trainees.
- Attends team meetings, training, and other activities.
- Provide accurate and timely reports on fidelity of program implementation.
Implementation Lead (Major Function):
- Reports Directly to YAM Project Coordinator & YAM Project Lead.
- In collaboration with the YAM Project Leadership, develop and maintain regional partnerships with schools and school districts to implement YAM.
- Maintain progress toward performance goals and expectations.
- Collaborates with the YAM Project Coordinator to provide additional support in building district relationships through presentations, outreach visits, technical assistance, and other duties.
- Tracks and reports on all expenses and performance criteria to YAM Project Coordinator.
Other Required, but Minor Functions:
- Assists YAM Project Leadership in developing materials and resources as necessary for program implementation and evaluation.
- Assists in development and implementation of effective promotion and publicity for YAM program.
- Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong verbal/written skills.
- Ability to work on a team and independently.
- Experience working in health care / behavioral health.
- Must be willing to travel and work a non-traditional schedule.
Salary Range:
Commensurate with experience.
