Minimum Qualifications:

Associate's degree or equivalent; 3 years related experience. 

Job Description: 

To manage activities for a project or program.

Job Duties:

  • Process incoming TCHATT referrals, including consents, guardianship documents, and scheduling.  
  • Manage EPIC schedules to ensure accurate appointment scheduling for TCHATT patients.  
  • Verify all patient demographics and enter the information into the Tray data management system.  
  • Maintain TCHATT referral logs and appointment data.  
  • Answer TCHATT calls while multitasking to schedule appointments and assist callers with their needs.
  • Serve as an information resource for patients, clinicians, team members, and school personnel by providing accurate information.  
  • Help troubleshoot any issues related to patient appointments.  
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while remaining calm and finding solutions in stressful situations.    
  • Assist in training and mentoring new employees.  
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of knowledge in patient registration activities.
  • Proficiency in EPIC.  
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in computer applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Show the ability to work independently.
  • Complete other program duties as assigned.

Salary Range:
Commensurate with experience.

Schedule: Partial Remote
