Coordinator II - Kidney Services
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years experience in the medical/pharmaceutical field AND 1-3 years experience in a data-intensive role.
- Computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and Word. Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Intermittent walking, standing, bending, turning, and stooping. Possess near vision acuity for accurate reading of patient data. Work with computers for long periods of time.
Essential Functions:
- Abstract moderate to complex data elements for the UNOS registry and internal databases. Enter data and submit in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Independently perform project-specific data analysis tasks.
- Participate in QI efforts, either within the department or within a larger QA team, related to transplant program data collection and reporting.
- Work with management to identify QI opportunities based on various outcomes reporting.
REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
Associate's degree or equivalent and three years related experience.
