Min Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field; 3 years related experience.

Specific Job Related Duties:

  • Develops and implements an AE marketing and communications plan designed to enlist broad based faculty provider support.
  • Interacts with the UTMB Office of Marketing and Communications to support the dissemination of information.
  • Works with AE and Faculty Group Practice leaders as well as UTMB’s graphics specialists and faculty members to ensure collaboration and marketing support for the various programs.
  • Conducts research and analysis on the impact of the programs aligned with strategic growth and program development.
  • Enlists, organizes and guides the support and development of various programs.
  • Assists in the development of materials in support of program growth.
  • Identifies appropriate internal controls and provides mechanisms to monitor and enforce compliance.
  • Develop and maintains strong professional relationships throughout the institution in order to proactively pursue work product in a timely manner. 
  • Writes a variety of materials in support of and/or in the voice of faculty members (e.g., internal announcements, newsletters, website content).
  • Reviews materials produced for leadership to ensure accuracy, prior tone/voice, and consistency with institutional style and message platforms. 
  • Writes and contributes to AE publications including, but not limited to, brochures and any annual reports, if necessary.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe products
